Reliability Maintenance

We are now looking for a Reliability Maintenance Manager to join our reliability maintenance team. As the RM Manager, you will work in a team consisting of electrical and mechanical technicians where you will have overall responsibility for the maintenance setup in the department.

You will also collaborate with other professional groups. Therefore, you should be flexible and have a good ability to work with others. You should also have a strong customer focus and be responsible.

Your main responsibilities include:

Continuous improvements of the maintenance setup in the department.
Quality assurance, addressing, follow-up, and in-depth analysis of failures.
Maintain basic conditions and implement specialist maintenance according to our production system.
Development of KPIs and participation in financial follow-ups.

To succeed in the role, you should have previous experience in the maintenance profession or an engineering education. You should also be analytical and solution-oriented.
